"Does the copy of an restricted community also start a new approval process by the MoR?"
On the uncustomized system on which it is allowed to create restricted communities I can copy a restricted community (to which I have access) and the copied community is also restricted by default.
On the other test system on which we have suppressed the creation of restricted communities I cannot create new communities (at all) or copy a community due to a bug. We will check this and see how we could suppress the creation of new restricted communities by just copying an existing restricted community. I think this is the only way since we cannot trigger the MITS stuff from Bosch Connect side at the moment but only vice versa (user creates new MITS request -> restricted community is created.)
Status: A restricted community can be copied and is created as a moderated community. Since the contents of the Rich Content app are copied as well we have a potential data security risk here. The user is not informed about making possibly confidential content visible in the copied moderated community. Therefore a PMR has been opened.
This enhancement idea is not in scope of our company.
