Increase file size limit for name pronunciation audio uploads

Requesting an increase to the current 100KB file size limit for name pronunciation audio uploads within the Profiles application, as this constraint is insufficient to accommodate longer or more complex names while maintaining professional audio quality. Because it is often technically impossible to compress recordings of longer names below the 100KB threshold without significant quality loss, many users are currently unable to utilize this feature. Increasing the allowable file size limit would greatly enhance the inclusivity and usability of the Profiles application, ensuring all employees can provide a clear and accurate pronunciation of their names. We suggest that this limit be made an adjustable administrative configuration to allow organizations to balance their storage requirements with the need for modern, accessible audio standards.
